TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any services provided by Six Figure Car Sales (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all payment obligations outlined in your invoice.

Payment of any invoice constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you may not purchase or access our services.

2. Nature of Services and No Guarantee of Results

Six Figure Car Sales provides educational sales coaching, consulting, and performance training services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Results are not guaranteed
Income increases are not guaranteed
Sales growth is not guaranteed
Dealership performance or rankings are not guaranteed

Any examples of results are illustrative only.

Your results depend on your own effort, implementation, dealership environment, compensation structure, and market conditions.

You accept full responsibility for your actions and results.

3. Payment Terms and Financial Obligation

All invoices issued by Six Figure Car Sales constitute a legally binding agreement.

By making any payment, you agree:

To pay the full amount outlined in the invoice
That all payments are mandatory and non cancellable
That failure to complete payments does not release you from your obligation

You remain fully liable for all outstanding balances regardless of participation, usage, or results.

The Company reserves the right to pursue unpaid balances through collections, legal action, or any lawful means.

4. Credit Card Authorization

By providing credit card information verbally, electronically, or in writing, you:

Authorize Six Figure Car Sales to charge your card for all amounts outlined in your invoice
Agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy
Agree to complete all payments associated with your invoice

Once payment is processed, it is final and binding.

You waive any requirement for additional written authorization after initial consent.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are final.

No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued under any circumstances unless explicitly stated as a separate written line item in your invoice.

Dissatisfaction, lack of results, failure to participate, missed sessions, or change of circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

6. No Show Policy

Failure to attend any scheduled session, for any reason, will result in the session being forfeited.

Missed sessions are non refundable, non transferable, and will not be rescheduled.

7. Payment Plans

By enrolling in a payment plan, you:

Authorize automatic recurring payments
Agree to complete all scheduled payments in full

Failure to make payments does not cancel this agreement.

The Company reserves the right to accelerate the remaining balance and require immediate full payment in the event of missed payments.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Six Figure Car Sales.

Messages may include reminders, updates, support, and promotional communication.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated:

You remain liable for the full amount

You agree to reimburse all costs incurred, including legal, administrative, and collection fees.

10. Eligibility

You confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
All information provided is accurate

The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials provided are the exclusive property of Six Figure Car Sales.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, record, resell, modify, or teach any materials without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

12. No Recording

You may not record any sessions without prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Six Figure Car Sales is not liable for:

Loss of income
Lost profits
Business interruption
Indirect or consequential damages
Emotional or reputational harm

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Six Figure Car Sales from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your participation
Your actions or implementation
Your violation of these Terms

15. Termination

The Company may terminate access without refund if you:

Disrupt services
Harass others
Share proprietary materials

16. Binding Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada.

20. Subscription Services (Membership and Group Coaching)

The Company may offer subscription based services, including memberships, group coaching, and ongoing training programs (“Subscription Services”).

By enrolling, you agree:

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.

b. Billing and Access

Billing begins immediately upon purchase.
You retain access for the duration of your paid billing period.

Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Refunds may only be requested within 24 hours of initial purchase.

No refunds will be issued for renewals, partial use, missed sessions, or lack of results.

e. Failed Payments

If payment fails, you have 24 hours to update your payment method.

If not resolved, access may be suspended or revoked.

f. Live Coaching Calls

Live calls are included but optional.

Missed calls are not refundable, transferable, or credited.

g. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Share login credentials
Distribute or resell content
Provide access to unauthorized users

Violation may result in termination without refund.

h. Modifications

The Company may modify content, structure, or delivery of Subscription Services at any time.

i. Pricing Changes

Pricing may change at any time and will apply to future billing cycles with notice.

j. No Guarantee of Results

No results, income, or performance outcomes are guaranteed.
