I’m Colby, and I’ve been where you are.

My first sales job was at 14 years old on the side of the road working at a fruit stand. I made signs, would go out on the street and wave people in when it was quiet, and ended up selling thousands of dollars a day in fruit.

Do you understand how much fruit that is?

It wasn’t a corporate sales job. I was being myself, having fun, and making real conversation with every customer. I was the most genuine I had ever been and I loved going to that job.

In my twenties, I kept switching industries because I felt unfulfilled. The sales jobs felt like they were becoming more and more corporate. It wasn't who I wanted to be.

Somewhere along the road I forgot to be myself. I thought I needed to be someone else to get better results.

I think that’s why there’s a stigma around the automotive industry. There are so many reps out there trying to push sales in a way that isn’t them, that it tarnished the industry.

The automotive industry, while feeling corporate, gave me a chance to run things my way. My own business within the business.

Initially, I did it the hard way. The grind. Long hours. Pushing myself. I burned out. I crashed and left the industry for a while. When I came back, I did it differently and everything changed.

Myself and everyone I coach are breaking the stigma and showing up as ourselves, genuinely helping our customers, and building sustainable success.

How soon will I see results?

Most of our clients see smaller results in the first few weeks, with the biggest results coming after a few months.

Is this just another script or sales system?

No. This isn't one-size-fits-all coaching.

We don’t teach generic scripts or lines. We focus on how you communicate, your language, and your personality, so you sell in a way that feels natural.

Do you work with new salespeople?

There are two types of people we work with:

1) Experienced sales reps in the automotive industry

2) You're new to automotive sales, but have a few years of sales experience in other industries

Do I need to work more hours to make this work?

No, and that’s the point. This isn't about working more or making huge changes.

We focus on simplifying your sales process, so you work more efficiently while getting better results.

What are the coaching sessions actually like?

All of our one-on-one coaching sessions are virtually through video call. The approach we take is unique to every client, and each session changes depending on what's most urgent for you.

How does scheduling work?

Sessions are booked during weekdays and scheduled around both of our availability. We keep things flexible and consistent so this fits into your normal work life without added stress.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

No problem. Life happens.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice, so we can schedule in other clients during your slot.

Is this really worth the investment?

It isn't for everyone, and that's why we have an application process.

We want you to get the highest return our your investment, and that requires a certain level of commitment and effort from you.

If you want to break it down into numbers to see how quickly you'll see a return on your investment, here's some basic math for you to decide if it'll be worth it.

The average commission for a car is between $300 and $600. This may be more or less for you.

Here’s the simplest way to think about the investment:

If you’re paying $600 per month for coaching and you make an average of $400 per car you sell, then selling two more cars a month gives you $800 extra, so you have a $200 profit.

So, if selling two more cars a month feels possible for you, this program pays for itself and more very quickly.
